The Greenspot Salad Company was created to provide Custom Salads, Bowls, and Wraps made fresh for everyday people with exceptional value and modern convenience.

Created by Entrepreneur Micah Goldfarb and Chef Brendan McCormack in 2011, The Greenspot has opened in areas that serve busy lunchtime crowds as well as residential areas that value farm fresh ingredients, global flavors, and REAL FOOD.

We get cases of fresh whole foods daily and prepare them by hand to meet the demands of the day. We make the dressings, we roast the veggies, we marinate the proteins, we make the soups, we blend the spices.
